Gold Claw Energy provides renewable energy solutions with a focus on emerging solar technologies for commercial applications, micro-grid development, and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. MISSION: Gold Claw Energy’s mission is to provide clean, renewable energy for a healthier planet. MANAGEMENT: Rick Robinson, CEO and US Army veteran, served as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division and 18th Airborne Corps at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. After his military career, he worked in state government with a focus on negotiating and maintaining contracts and purchasing. This experience, combined with a passion for renewable energy technologies, led him to start Gold Claw Energy in July of 2018. MARKET: The push toward clean, renewable energy is happening on many fronts nation-wide, but Gold Claw is honing in on three primary industry drivers in North Carolina that focus on small to mid-sized commercial applications, micro-grid development for both primary and backup power supplies, and electric vehicle (EV) charging units to support both consumer and commercial fleets.
